  2. ADDENDUM TO LIMITED PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT OF Yosemite Lumber

  4. The undersigned consisting of all of the general and limited
  5. partners of Yosemite Lumber, a limited partnership agree: 
  6.

  8.  
  9. That the general partners of Yosemite Lumber shall maintain a
  10. reserve account with a minimum balance of $ 4000 ( four thousand &
  11. no/100 dollars) from initial capital which shall be placed in a
  12. separate, interest bearing account. 
  13.  
  14.  
  15. That the general partners of Yosemite Lumber, once the partnership
  16. begins operations shall establish a reserve account, which shall
  17. be deposited in a separate, interest bearing account. All profits
  18. from operations shall be deposited in this account until it
  19. reaches the sum of $ 20000 ( twenty thousand & no/100 dollars).

  22. The reserves shall accumulate and may only be invaded by the
  23. general partner upon the following occurrences: 
  24.  
  25. capital falls below $20,000 cash 
  26.  
  27. and may only be used for the following purposes:

  29. payroll, past due accounts payable.
